Group Therapy
Group therapy provides a supportive environment where individuals with shared experiences can connect and grow together. It’s a powerful way to gain understanding, build relationships, and find encouragement through collective healing. Each group is typically between 8-10 people and can be ongoing or a set amount of time based on the group subject matter and purpose.
