Usually approximately 15 minutes and completely free of charge. We will use this time to establish what brings you into therapy and which services will be most appropriate for your needs.

Private Pay rate for individual sessions is $150. Each session is approximately 50 minutes.

Private Pay rate for couples sessions is $175. Each session is approximately 50 minutes. Occasionally 90 minute sessions are held if requested at a rate of $225.

I accept most major insurance companies, including Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, Oscar, and United Healthcare, through Headway, a platform I utilize to conduct sessions. Headway is responsible for billing sessions and you will input your insurance information into your client portal.

Groups are not eligible for insurance utilization. The cost per session of each group will vary based on the group itself. Most groups will range between $55-$65 per session. Each group’s sign up page will have the cost per session, as well as options to pay per week, or in bulk for set of sessions at a discounted rate. You can check my group offerings here!

Workshops are not eligible for insurance utilization. The cost of each workshop will vary based off the number of hours (usually between 6-8 hours). You can check the schedule of my workshop offerings here!
